We understand that sometimes you need to change appointments. This Cancellation Policy explains the notice we require and when charges may apply.

Notice period

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
