I have had 11 sessions with Hannah to-date, but feel like we’ve had many more as she is so familiar with me and my ever-growing needs. Although she always comes with a plan, more often than not, I will request particular exercises or stretches depending on how I’m feeling, and she graciously adapts. She seems to remember everything we've done and asks for feedback before moving on. I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease a year before meeting Hannah, and she surprised me with her knowledge on how the disease progresses, which also comforted me greatly. She is such a huge part of my therapy, maintaining as much mobility and strength as possible. I’ve recently increased the frequency of our sessions as they give me such an incredible boost.
