About Home Links Physiotherapy

Founded in 2016, Home Links Physiotherapy was created to deliver high-quality, effective and truly personalised physiotherapy to people in their own homes and communities. Since then, the service has grown to support individuals through home physiotherapy and rehabilitation, delivered by a trusted network of experienced clinicians.

Home Links Physiotherapy in Croydon, Sutton and Caterham is led by Hannah, a Chartered Physiotherapist who brings this founding vision into local practice. Hannah provides home-based physiotherapy across the area, combining evidence-based care with a calm, compassionate and personal approach tailored to each individual.

Across the wider Home Links network, the original ethos remains unchanged: to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives, while maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.

Our Mission and Commitment to People

At Home Links Physiotherapy in Croydon, Sutton and Caterham, the emphasis is on delivering care that fits around real lives. Appointments are planned with flexibility, continuity and consistency in mind, allowing people to feel supported, listened to and confident in their care.

Hannah and the team work closely with each client to understand what matters most to them — whether that’s improving mobility at home, building confidence after illness or maintaining independence over the long term. Treatment plans are adapted over time, responding to progress, setbacks and day-to-day changes rather than following a fixed programme.

As part of the wider Home Links Physiotherapy network, the service operates within clear clinical standards and professional governance, ensuring care is safe, accountable and evidence-based. This combination of local delivery and shared clinical oversight allows clients to benefit from both personal attention and robust professional practice.

Meet Our Director - Hannah Witherow

Home Links Physiotherapy in Croydon, Sutton and Caterham is currently led by Hannah Witherow, a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Hannah is supported by additional Home Links physiotherapists who share the same commitment to high standards, compassionate care, and professional integrity.

Hannah is a Chartered Physiotherapist providing home-based physiotherapy across Croydon, Sutton and Caterham. She supports adults with a wide range of needs, helping people regain confidence, mobility and independence in their own homes.

With over two decades of experience, Hannah works with individuals managing both acute and long-term conditions, including complex and life-changing health challenges. Her clinical specialties include neurological rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation and amputee rehabilitation, alongside the care of older adults, people living with frailty, and those recovering from surgery or illness.

Approach to care

Hannah’s approach is calm, patient and highly personalised. She takes time to understand each person’s goals, challenges and day-to-day environment, ensuring rehabilitation is meaningful, realistic and aligned with what matters most to the individual.

Home visits allow treatment to be tailored to real-life situations - from practising stairs safely and getting out into the garden, to improving balance, strength and confidence in familiar surroundings. Sessions are adapted to how each person is feeling on the day, with progression guided by clinical evidence and individual needs.

Her work is patient-centred and evidence-based, underpinned by a commitment to ongoing learning and sharing knowledge with others in the healthcare community. This ensures her practice continues to evolve while remaining grounded in best practice and high professional standards.

Professional memberships

Hannah is a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and the British Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Limb Absence Rehabilitation (BACPAR).
