What Happens Next?

Step 1: Initial discussion

You, or a family member on your behalf, will speak with a qualified physiotherapist to discuss your needs, circumstances and goals. This helps us confirm whether physiotherapy is appropriate and what type of support may be most helpful.

Step 2: Pre-assessment contact

If an assessment is recommended, your assigned physiotherapist will contact you directly to introduce themselves and discuss any specific considerations ahead of your first visit.

Important Information

You’ll always speak directly with a qualified physiotherapist rather than a call centre, and family members or carers are welcome to be involved at any stage. Assessment appointments are arranged to suit your availability, and all physiotherapy is delivered in your own home across Croydon, Sutton and Caterham. Our consultation process ensures care is appropriate, personalised and carefully planned around your needs from the very beginning.
